Using Ad101

Ad101 provides advertising planning guidance and optional content support for businesses. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the service lawfully.

Recommendations

Advertising plans, budgets and creative direction are recommendations, not guarantees of campaign performance. You remain responsible for business decisions, advertising spend, platform accounts and compliance with applicable laws and platform policies.

Your materials

You retain ownership of materials you provide. You confirm that you have the right to use those materials and allow Ad101 to process them for the services you request.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Ad101 useful and available, but the service may change or be interrupted. To the extent permitted by law, Ad101 is not responsible for indirect losses or results arising from decisions made using the service.
